## **General Overview – Told London Affiliate Programme**
Welcome to the **Told London Affiliate Programme** on Awin. By joining our programme, affiliates agree to promote **Told London's luxury home fragrances**, including **candles, diffusers, and refills**, in compliance with the terms outlined below.
### **1\. Eligibility & Approval**
* Affiliates must operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media presence aligned with **Told London’s brand values** (luxury, sustainability, home décor, and fine fragrance).
* We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion. Affiliates found promoting inappropriate content (e.g., illegal, offensive, or unethical material) will be removed immediately.
* Affiliates must comply with **Awin’s policies** and applicable **advertising regulations**, including but not limited to **ASA (UK) and GDPR**.
### **2\. Commission Structure**
* **Base commission:** **10% per sale** generated via the affiliate’s unique tracking link.
* **Performance-based increases:** Higher commission tiers may be offered based on sales volume and engagement.
* **Referral tracking:** Transactions must be completed within the **cookie duration window** (as specified in our tracking settings) for commissions to be valid.
### **3\. Promotional Guidelines**
* Affiliates may promote Told London via blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
* **Discount Codes & Promotions:** Affiliates may only share discount codes issued directly through Told London’s Awin programme. Use of **unauthorized coupon codes** may result in commission cancellation.
* Affiliates must not use **paid search bidding** on brand keywords, misleading domain names, or impersonate Told London in any form.
### **4\. Payout & Commission Validation**
* **Commission validation period:** Sales will be reviewed and validated before payouts. This typically takes **30 days** to account for returns or fraudulent transactions.
* Payments are made via **Awin’s standard payout process**.
### **5\. Brand Representation & Conduct**
* Affiliates must ensure that **Told London is represented accurately** across all promotional materials.
* Any misleading claims, false advertising, or unethical practices will result in removal from the programme.
### **6\. Programme Termination**
* Affiliates may leave the programme at any time via their Awin account.
* Told London reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who breaches the terms of this agreement.
