2. Commission Structure
Commissions will be paid according to the rates and conditions listed in our Awin program profile.
We reserve the right to change commission rates, payment terms, or promotional conditions at any time, with reasonable notice via the Awin platform.
3. Tracking & Payment
Sales will be tracked through Awin’s tracking system.
Valid transactions must be completed through your unique affiliate tracking links.
Payments will be made via Awin in accordance with their payment schedule, after validation of sales.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Use only approved marketing materials and content provided in our Awin program.
Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship when promoting our products or services.
Follow all applicable advertising laws, including FTC guidelines.
Prohibited activities include:
Bidding on our brand name or trademark in PPC campaigns without written approval.
Using misleading, false, or deceptive claims about our products or services.
Spamming, unsolicited emails, or posting on unrelated forums/social media groups.
Posting discounts, coupon codes, or offers that are not officially provided in our Awin program.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You may use our logos, banners, and images provided in Awin solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
Any misuse, modification, or infringement of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the affiliate program immediately if:
You violate these Terms & Conditions;
You engage in fraudulent activity or generate invalid traffic/sales;
Your marketing activities damage our brand reputation.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your participation.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
