Brand Guidelines for Affiliates
Proper Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates must use only approved logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by [Your Brand] in the AWIN platform. Unauthorized modifications (e.g., resizing, recoloring) are prohibited.
Trademarks (e.g., "[Brand Name]®") must include the appropriate ® or ™ symbol in their first mention.
Advertising Compliance
Prohibited Claims: Avoid false/misleading statements (e.g., "100% free," "guaranteed results").
Discounts/Coupons: Only promote current offers listed in AWIN’s affiliate portal. Do not promote expired or unauthorized deals.
Ethical Marketing: Affiliates must not use spam, forced clicks, or incentivized traffic (e.g., "Pay-to-click" schemes).
Transparency Requirements
Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., "As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases").
Compliance with local advertising laws (e.g., FTC (US), CAP (UK)) is mandatory.
Restricted Content
No Brand Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on YODOLLA’s branded keywords (e.g., "YODOLLA+ discount") on paid search (Google Ads/Bing).
No Trademark Misuse: Domain names or social media handles must not include YODOLLA’s name (e.g., "YODOLLA Deals.com").
Social Media & SEO
Authentic Engagement: No fake reviews, automated bots, or cloaked links.
SEO Restrictions: Avoid keyword stuffing or backlink schemes targeting [Your Brand]’s terms.
Consequences for Violations
Non-compliance may result in commission reversals, suspension, or termination from the program.
