By joining the Enable Haircare Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the terms below. Once approved, you’ll gain access to our affiliate marketing materials, product links, and tracking tools via the Awin platform.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote Responsibly – Use your marketing channels (website, social media, email, etc.) to promote Enable Haircare products.
Accurate Representation – Do not make false claims about our products; always represent our brand professionally and respectfully.
Compliance – Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure guidelines for affiliate marketing.
No Spam – Sending unsolicited promotional emails or engaging in any form of spamming is prohibited.
3. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: 15% commission on all approved sales.
Average Order Value: ~$60.
Cookie Length: 90 days.
Payment Window: Commissions are eligible for payout 30 days after the customer’s purchase, with a $25 minimum payout. Payments are made monthly via Awin.
4. Promotional Materials, Links & Codes
Affiliates receive one shared universal discount code to promote Enable Haircare products.
This code cannot be stacked with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
All sales are tracked exclusively through Awin affiliate links — the discount code alone will not track without the affiliate link click.
You may only use promotional materials, brand assets, and logos provided or approved by Enable Haircare.
Modifying our trademarks, logos, or packaging images without permission is not allowed.
5. Scope
The program applies to all products available on Enable.Shop. Commissions are earned on any sale tracked through your Awin affiliate link, regardless of the product purchased.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, via written notice through the Awin platform.
Upon termination, all affiliate links and codes must be removed, and you will no longer have access to marketing materials.
7. Limitations of Liability
Enable Haircare is not responsible for tracking issues, payment delays, product defects, or other losses outside our control.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
