1. No Direct Linking from Paid Advertising

A landing page or website owned by you is required as an intermediary. The user must first visit a page that you control before being directed to the Luxy App site.
2. No Incentivized Traffic
You are not allowed to offer incentives such as cash, gifts, loyalty points, or any form of compensation to encourage users to register, subscribe, or complete any action on Luxy App. All traffic must be organic and free of incentives.
3. No Cookie Stuffing / Cookie Dropping
You may not use cookie stuffing or cookie dropping techniques. A cookie should only be placed when a user manually clicks on your affiliate link and visits the Luxy App website.
4. No Promotion on Illegal Content
You are prohibited from placing Luxy App affiliate links on websites that contain illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unethical or harmful activities.
5. Restricted Keyword List
The following keywords are restricted for use in paid search campaigns or any form of direct advertising. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on or using these keywords in domain names or ad text:

Affiliates must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including advertising laws, data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), and any other legal requirements relevant to your marketing efforts.
