Program Terms

1. Brand Name & Usage

  • Affiliates may use the LuxyApp brand name in a factual and non-misleading manner.
  • Affiliates must not impersonate LuxyApp or present themselves as an "official partner" or "exclusive distributor" without prior approval.

2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) & Search Advertising

  • Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not bid on "LuxyApp" or any variations/misspellings in search engines.
  • "LuxyApp" and related terms must be added to negative keyword lists in PPC campaigns.
  • Affiliates must not use LuxyApp’s brand name in the display URL, ad title, or ad description unless pre-approved.
  • Long-tail keywords (e.g., "best dating app for professionals") may be used, provided they do not mislead users.

3. Content Policy

Affiliate sites where LuxyApp content is placed must not contain or be associated with:

  1. Violence, hate speech, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization.
  2. Pornographic, adult, or mature content unrelated to LuxyApp’s dating services.
  3. Hacking, cracking, or piracy-related content.
  4. Illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, or drug promotion.
  5. Excessive profanity, offensive, or misleading content.
  6. Gambling, betting, or casino-related content.
  7. Sales or promotion of weapons, firearms, stun guns, or ammunition.
  8. Sales or promotion of alcohol, tobacco, or related products.
  9. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs, counterfeit goods, or student essays.
  10. Any other illegal, deceptive, or unethical content that could harm LuxyApp’s brand reputation.

4. Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Affiliates must not create fake social media accounts using LuxyApp’s name.
  • Any paid social media ads mentioning LuxyApp must be pre-approved.
  • Influencers promoting LuxyApp must disclose their partnership in accordance with FTC and other regulatory guidelines.

5. Coupon & Cashback Guidelines

  • Only authorized coupon and cashback sites may promote LuxyApp.
  • Unauthorized use of private discount codes will result in commission denial.

6. Commission Rejection & Policy Violations

  • LuxyApp reserves the right to reject commissions if any affiliate violates these terms.
  • Affiliates found in violation may be permanently removed from the program.
