**LampStation Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions**
**General Overview:** By participating in the LampStation Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The purpose of this program is to allow affiliates (publishers) to earn a commission by promoting LampStation's products through unique affiliate links. The following terms govern your participation in the program, including commissions, responsibilities, and limitations.
**1\. Eligibility:** To participate in the LampStation Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active website, blog, or social media account through which you can promote LampStation products. You must submit a valid application to be accepted into the program.
**2\. Commission Structure:** Affiliates will earn a **2% commission** on every confirmed sale generated through their unique affiliate link. Commission is based on the final sale price excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. Payments will be made on a monthly basis via the agreed payment method once the minimum payout threshold is met.
**3\. Tracking and Reporting:** All sales will be tracked through unique affiliate links provided by LampStation. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are used properly on your site or platform. We will provide you with access to a dashboard where you can monitor your sales, commissions, and traffic reports.
**4\. Payment Terms:** Payments will be processed once a month and only after the sale is confirmed and the product is shipped to the customer. The minimum payout threshold is set at $50. If your commissions do not reach the payout threshold for a given month, the balance will roll over to the following month. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your selected payment option.
**5\. Promotions and Marketing:** You may promote LampStation’s products through banners, text links, social media, email marketing, blogs, or other creative means. However, any form of advertising that violates LampStation’s brand, misleads customers, or promotes false claims about our products is prohibited. You are also prohibited from using paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads) using LampStation’s name or trademarks.
**6\. Prohibited Conduct:** Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to click fraud, cookie stuffing, or the creation of fake leads or sales. You must not use unethical marketing tactics to drive traffic, nor engage in any actions that would damage LampStation’s reputation or violate any applicable laws.
**7\. Product Availability:** While LampStation strives to maintain product availability, we cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times. If a product is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, the sale may not be processed, and commission will not be earned on that transaction.
**8\. Termination:** LampStation reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions earned before the termination will be paid out according to our standard payment schedule.
**9\. Liability:** LampStation is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by affiliates as a result of their participation in the program. Affiliates participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
**10\. Modifications:** LampStation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
**11\. Privacy Policy:** By participating in the program, affiliates agree to LampStation's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected as part of the affiliate program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and processing payments.
**12\. Dispute Resolution:** Any disputes arising from participation in the LampStation Affiliate Program will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LampStation operates. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with LampStation. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued in the appropriate jurisdiction.
