Welcome to the Giftomory Affiliate Program! We value our partners and are excited to collaborate with content creators, bloggers, and publishers to promote our unique personalized gifts. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Affiliates must apply through AWIN and be approved by Giftomory.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Websites, social media accounts, and promotional channels must align with our brand values and must not contain objectionable, illegal, or offensive content.

• Standard Commission: 20% per valid sale.
• Cookie Duration: 30 days – commissions are tracked if a customer makes a purchase within this timeframe after clicking your affiliate link.
• Commission Payment: Payments will be processed via AWIN based on their standard payout schedule.

Affiliates must use only the approved banners, links, and marketing materials provided by Giftomory.
Affiliates may not engage in:

• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
• Paid advertising using our brand name (e.g., bidding on “Giftomory” in Google Ads).
• Discount code misuse (only use codes provided through AWIN).
• Promoting on adult, illegal, or offensive websites.
• Spam emails or unsolicited messages.

Affiliates must ensure their links are properly formatted to track conversions accurately.
AWIN’s tracking system will determine eligible commissions.
We do not pay commissions on:

• Canceled or refunded orders.
• Self-referrals (affiliates purchasing for themselves).
• Orders that violate our policies.

Giftomory reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who:

• Violates any of these terms.
• Engages in fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Harms the reputation of our brand.

Terminated affiliates forfeit any pending commissions.

• Affiliates must accurately represent Giftomory’s brand in their content.
• Modifications to our logo, marketing materials, or misrepresentation of our products are not allowed.

• Affiliates are independent marketers, not employees of Giftomory.
• We are not responsible for any legal claims or disputes arising from your promotions.
• Giftomory reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
