Dermwel PR Publisher Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 3/3/2025
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in Dermwel's PR Publisher Program on the AWIN platform. By participating in the program, publishers agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. General Program Overview
Dermwel partners with premium media publishers to promote its skincare products, including Daily Dose and Antibacterial Face Towel, via digital and physical platforms. Publishers may earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their content and promotional efforts, subject to the terms below.
2. Definitions
"Dermwel", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Dermwel Skincare.
"You" or "Your" refers to the publisher/affiliate partner.
"Our Website" refers to the Dermwel properties located at [Insert Website URL].
"Your Website" refers to any websites that you will use to link to our website.
"Program" refers to the Dermwel PR Publisher Program on AWIN.
3. Enrollment
After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of acceptance or rejection into our program. Please allow up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) for application review. We reserve the right to reject any application; however, if you feel we have made an incorrect decision, you are encouraged to contact us. Ensure all websites you plan to use are included in your profile to assist in our decision-making process.
4. Linking to Our Website
Upon acceptance, tracking links will be provided via AWIN. You must use only authorized links without modification.
Your website must not copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website. You may not create any impression that your website is associated with Dermwel in a misleading way.
Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false/misleading links are strictly prohibited.
Redirecting clicks to obscure referral sources is not allowed (e.g., using redirects to make it appear the click originated from an unauthorized domain).
5. PPC & Paid Search Guidelines
If you participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
Brand Bidding is Strictly Prohibited – You may not bid on Dermwel-related keywords, including:
"Dermwel"
"Dermwel Skincare"
"Daily Dose"
"Antibacterial Face Towel"
Any variations or misspellings of these terms.
Direct Linking Prohibited – You may not link PPC ads directly to Dermwel’s website.
Trademark Usage Restrictions – You may not use our brand name in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or display URL.
Negative Keywords Requirement – You must add Dermwel-related terms as negative keywords in your PPC campaigns.
Google Shopping Restrictions – You may not run Google Shopping campaigns or bid on Dermwel products via Comparison Shopping Services (CSS).
Violating these rules will result in commission denial and removal from the program.
6. Coupon Guidelines
Only affiliate-approved coupon codes may be advertised. Unauthorized codes, such as those obtained from email promotions, customer-exclusive offers, or non-affiliate marketing campaigns, are strictly prohibited.
Framing of our website is not allowed.
Cookie stuffing is prohibited – Do not mislead users into clicking an offer/coupon that does not exist.
Commission Adjustments:
Only approved discount codes will earn full commission.
Transactions using non-affiliate approved discount codes will earn a reduced commission rate.
Transactions using refer-a-friend (RAF) codes will be declined.
7. Domain Name Restrictions
You may not use Dermwel trademarks in any domain, subdomain, or URL (e.g., dermwel-deals.com, dermwel-coupons.net).
Any attempt to register domains that include our brand name will result in immediate removal from the program.
8. Advertising & Publicity
No unauthorized brand mentions: You may not create, publish, or distribute promotional material referencing Dermwel without prior written consent.
Email marketing restrictions:
You must abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Emails must not suggest they are sent on behalf of Dermwel.
All email promotions must be pre-approved before being sent.
No bidding against Dermwel’s paid search efforts. Any PPC activity that conflicts with Dermwel’s own search engine marketing will result in commission forfeiture.
9. Commission Structure & Payment
Publishers earn commission on eligible sales tracked via AWIN that adhere to these terms.
No commission will be paid on transactions resulting from:
Brand-bidding PPC ads.
Unauthorized coupon use.
Duplicate attribution across other marketing channels (e.g., Dermwel’s direct advertising, paid social, display, or email campaigns).
Dermwel de-duplicates sales against internal marketing efforts to prevent double payouts.
Commission rates may change with 30 days' written notice.
10. Tracking & Reporting
All transactions must be tracked through AWIN.
Dermwel is not responsible for tracking errors caused by third-party issues (e.g., incorrect tracking links, ad blockers).
Publishers should monitor their AWIN dashboard for performance insights.
11. Termination & Policy Changes
Dermwel reserves the right to terminate publishers for non-compliance.
Changes to these terms will be communicated where possible, but continued participation constitutes agreement to any updates.
Participation does not guarantee long-term partnership.

By participating in this program, publishers agree to adhere to these terms. Dermwel reserves the right to update this agreement at any time.
