Program Terms

STĀS Skincare Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the STĀS Skincare Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying or participating, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program.

1. Programme Overview

STĀS Skincare is a science-driven skincare brand combining dermal stem cell activation with clean, natural ingredients. This Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to STĀS through approved marketing efforts. Our goal is to develop long-term partnerships with affiliates who align with our brand values and marketing approach.

2. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval

  • To be eligible, you must have a valid website, blog, or social media presence aligned with our brand values.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
  • Affiliates must not use misleading, false, or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for endorsements and disclosures.
  • Affiliates must not promote STĀS on websites containing illegal, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate for non-compliance with our policies.

3. Commission Structure & Payment

  • Base Commission: 7% on all confirmed sales.
  • Premium Commission: Up to 12%, or otherwise agreed upon on an ad hoc basis, for high-performing affiliates and during select promotions.
  • Cookie Duration: 30-day tracking period.
  • Commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
  • Payments are processed monthly, provided the minimum commission threshold is met.
  • Payments are exclusive of VAT. STĀS is US-based, VAT does not apply.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information to receive commissions.
  • STĀS reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time.

4. Marketing & Content Standards

Your content must adhere to the following standards:

Permitted Content:

  • Content must be accurate (for factual statements) and genuinely held (for opinions).
  • Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Approved claims about STĀS products must be supported by valid research or testing.

Prohibited Content:
Your content must NOT:

  • Be obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or misleading.
  • Promote violence, illegal activities, or dangerous practices.
  • Infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or any third-party rights.
  • Contain unauthorized discount codes, misleading promotions, or false claims about STĀS.
  • Use false or exaggerated medical claims regarding product efficacy.
  • Impersonate STĀS or falsely imply a direct partnership.
  • Use copyrighted or trademarked content without permission.

STĀS reserves the right to request content modifications or remove non-compliant affiliates from the Program.

5. Prohibited Practices

  • No Paid Search Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on "STĀS Skincare," "STĀS," or variations in search engine marketing.
  • No Misleading Advertisements: You must not create ads that mimic STĀS' official website.
  • No Unauthorized Coupons or Discounts: Affiliates cannot promote unauthorized discount codes.
  • No Spam: Any affiliate found engaging in spammy marketing tactics will be immediately removed from the Program.
  • No Cookie Stuffing or Click Fraud: Affiliates must not manipulate tracking mechanisms to generate unearned commissions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • STĀS owns all trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with the brand.
  • Affiliates may use approved STĀS logos and assets provided through the Program.
  • Unauthorized modification or reproduction of brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities & Compliance

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that tracking links function correctly. Commissions cannot be paid on broken or incorrect links.
  • Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with STĀS in accordance with FTC and other relevant guidelines.
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in their respective jurisdictions.
  • Any breach of these responsibilities may result in reduced commissions, suspension, or termination from the Program.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • STĀS is not responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or other consequences arising from participation in the Program.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website, affiliate tracking, or payment processing systems.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • STĀS reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation for any breach of these Terms.
  • Affiliates who engage in prohibited activities may have commissions reduced to zero.
  • Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time by written notice.
  • Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all STĀS branding, marketing materials, and tracking links.

10. Programme Modifications

  • STĀS may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Continued participation after modifications constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
  • Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
