Cornish Sea Salt

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Cornish Sea Salt Affiliate Programme on AWIN. By joining, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms.

1.1. The Cornish Sea Salt Affiliate Programme is hosted on AWIN, and all affiliates must apply through the AWIN network.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must ensure their marketing practices align with Cornish Sea Salt’s brand values and AWIN’s terms of service.

2.1. Affiliates earn a commission on validated sales generated through their unique tracking links provided by AWIN.
2.2. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are managed by AWIN and can be viewed within your AWIN dashboard.
2.3. Commissions are paid on completed transactions only (i.e., purchases not refunded, cancelled, or returned).
2.4. Payment processing and tracking are handled by AWIN under their standard affiliate payment policies.

3.1. The 15% discount applies to one-time purchases with a minimum spend of £10.00.
3.2. This discount is not valid on candles or salt pigs unless specifically approved.
3.3. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
3.4. Affiliates must not misrepresent the offer or use misleading wording (e.g., claiming a sitewide discount).
3.5. The only valid tracking links are those provided by AWIN. Any sales generated outside of AWIN tracking will not be attributed to the affiliate.

4.1. Affiliates may only promote approved voucher codes issued directly through AWIN or Cornish Sea Salt.
4.2. Use of unapproved or expired voucher codes is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create voucher codes.
4.4. Voucher codes must be displayed accurately, including all restrictions (e.g., one-time use per customer, minimum spend, product exclusions).
4.5. Affiliates may not list voucher codes on coupon websites unless explicitly approved by Cornish Sea Salt or Digital Mojito.
4.6. Transactions using unauthorised voucher codes may be deemed invalid, resulting in no commission payout.
4.7. Misuse of voucher codes may result in account suspension or termination.

5.1. No Paid Search Bidding – Affiliates may not bid on keywords related to "Cornish Sea Salt", brand variations, or misspellings on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms.
5.2. No Unauthorised Coupon Listings – Affiliates must not list Cornish Sea Salt discount codes on coupon websites unless explicitly approved.
5.3. No Spam or Unsolicited Marketing – Affiliates must not use spam tactics, including email lists without consent or automated messaging.
5.4. No False Advertising – Affiliates must accurately represent Cornish Sea Salt’s products and promotions.
5.5. No Domain Squatting or Imitation Websites – Affiliates must not create domains or social media accounts that impersonate Cornish Sea Salt.

6.1. Affiliates may use Cornish Sea Salt’s official banners, images, and marketing materials provided via AWIN.
6.2. Modifying or misusing brand assets without approval is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Any unauthorised claims regarding Cornish Sea Salt’s products (e.g., health claims or false endorsements) are prohibited.

7.1. AWIN’s Policies Apply – Affiliates must comply with AWIN’s standard terms and conditions, in addition to these programme-specific terms.
7.2. Cornish Sea Salt reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for any violation of these terms.
7.3. If an account is terminated due to non-compliance, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.

8.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updates.
