TrueMedX Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the TrueMedX Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This agreement is legally binding and outlines your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate.
1. Program Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
You must have an active, compliant website or social media presence.
You may not participate if your content or activities are discriminatory, defamatory, violent, sexually explicit, or unlawful.
2. Promotional Guidelines
You may promote TrueMedX through approved channels, including:
Personal websites, blogs, and email newsletters
Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
You may not:
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Misrepresent product claims or benefits
Use deceptive or misleading advertising
Offer unauthorized discounts, codes, or coupons
Paid Search Policy:
PPC is allowed, but bidding on branded terms such as "TrueMedX" or variations/misspellings is strictly prohibited.
3. Content Restrictions
Content must align with TrueMedX’s brand values: natural, holistic, and science-backed wellness.
Avoid offensive imagery, exaggerated health claims, or language that violates platform or FTC guidelines.
4. Use of Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use TrueMedX logos and approved marketing materials.
Do not modify brand assets or create your own branded materials without prior written approval.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use unapproved discount codes or manipulate affiliate links
Promote TrueMedX on websites that:
Contain hate speech, adult content, or illegal activities
Infringe on third-party IP or trademarks
Engage in domain squatting or impersonate TrueMedX on social platforms
6. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are paid on qualifying purchases according to program terms.
TrueMedX may withhold commissions in cases of:
Fraudulent, canceled, or returned orders
Violation of program terms
7. Termination
TrueMedX may terminate your account at any time for:
Violations of this agreement
Inactivity
Behavior that reflects poorly on the brand
You may also terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
8. Updates to Terms
This agreement may be updated at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of major changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrueMedX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
Acknowledgment
By joining the TrueMedX Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this agreement and all related guidelines.
