Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Pikore Affiliate Program! We are excited to have you as a partner. By joining and participating in our program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully.
General Guidelines
1. Approval Process: All affiliate applications will be reviewed manually. We reserve the right to reject any application if we feel the affiliate or their website is not a good fit for our brand.
2. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing marketing and advertising practices.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
1. Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on [Your Brand Name] trademarks or variations thereof on search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
2. Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not use false or deceptive advertising to promote our products.
3. Unauthorized Discounts and Coupons: Affiliates may only promote coupons and discounts explicitly authorized by [Your Brand Name]. Unauthorized offers are strictly prohibited.
4. Spam: Affiliates may not engage in spam email campaigns, unsolicited messages, or other forms of spam marketing.
5. Adult or Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote our products on websites containing adult, violent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Commission Policy
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
Reversals: Commissions may be reversed for the following reasons:
1. Canceled or refunded orders.
2. Fraudulent or duplicate transactions.
3. Orders not compliant with program rules.
Brand Guidelines
1. Affiliates must adhere to Pikore's brand style and messaging.
2. Use only official banners, logos, and text links provided through the ShareASale platform.
Termination Policy
1. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate at our sole discretion for violations of this agreement or any activity harmful to our brand.
2. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by removing our links and notifying us.
