Popsicle Beauty Club Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Popsicle Beauty Club Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the guidelines, restrictions, and expectations for affiliates promoting Popsicle Beauty Club products. All affiliates are also subject to AWIN’s Terms of Use.
1. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Popsicle Beauty Club affiliate, you agree to:
Promote our products ethically and in a manner consistent with our brand values.
Accurately represent our products, avoiding misleading or false claims.
Disclose affiliate relationships clearly in accordance with FTC guidelines and other applicable regulations.
Avoid activities that could harm our brand reputation or mislead customers.
2. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:
Misleading Advertising: Affiliates are prohibited from using deceptive or fraudulent marketing techniques, including false claims about our products.
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on our brand name, "Popsicle Beauty Club," or any variations thereof, in pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
Unapproved Content: Affiliates may not use unapproved or copyrighted images, logos, or other content without explicit permission from Popsicle Beauty Club.
Inappropriate Promotions: Affiliates may not promote our products on websites containing objectionable material, including but not limited to adult, violent, or discriminatory content.
Cookie Stuffing: Any attempts to set cookies without the user’s explicit action (e.g., cookie stuffing) are strictly prohibited.
Spamming: Affiliates must refrain from spamming via email, social media, or other channels to promote Popsicle Beauty Club products.
Discount Code Abuse: Affiliates may not share unpublished or unauthorized discount codes or promote discount stacking.
3. Commission Eligibility
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate link.
Commission tracking cookies last for 30 days. Sales occurring outside this window will not be eligible for commissions.
Commissions will not be paid on fraudulent transactions, returns, or cancellations.
Self-referrals or purchases made by the affiliate for personal use are not eligible for commissions.
4. Termination
Popsicle Beauty Club reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of this agreement, AWIN Terms of Use, or any unethical behavior, including:
Non-compliance with the prohibited activities outlined above.
Misrepresentation of our products or brand.
Failure to disclose affiliate status in accordance with legal requirements.
5. Program Modifications
Popsicle Beauty Club may update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the AWIN platform. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these changes.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
Popsicle Beauty Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation in the program. Affiliates participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their marketing activities.
7. Compliance with AWIN Terms
All affiliates are bound by AWIN’s Terms of Use in addition to this agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
By participating in the Popsicle Beauty Club Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Program Agreement.
