Borough Furnace Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions
By joining the Borough Furnace affiliate programme on Awin, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Programme Eligibility
All publisher applications are reviewed manually. Borough Furnace reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. Acceptance into the programme does not guarantee continued participation. We may suspend or terminate a publisher's access at any time if these terms are violated.
2. Permitted Promotional Methods
Publishers may promote Borough Furnace through organic editorial content, product reviews, gift guides, recipe content, email newsletters to opted-in subscriber lists, and organic social media posts. All content must accurately represent Borough Furnace products and be consistent with the brand's premium positioning.
3. Paid Advertising
Publishers may not bid on Borough Furnace branded keywords, brand name variations, or misspellings in any paid search platform including Google, Bing, or any other search engine. This prohibition extends to dynamic search ads that may trigger on branded terms. Publishers wishing to run paid social advertising featuring Borough Furnace products, imagery, or branding must obtain prior written approval from the Borough Furnace affiliate team before any campaign goes live. Unapproved paid social activity will result in immediate removal from the programme.
4. Discount Codes and Vouchers
Publishers may not create, publish, or distribute discount codes, promotional codes, or voucher offers unless the code has been explicitly issued to them by Borough Furnace. Listing placeholder or expired codes is also prohibited. Publishers found in violation of this policy will have associated transactions declined and may be removed from the programme.
5. Brand Assets and Creative
Publishers must use only the creative assets provided through the Awin interface. Borough Furnace's logo, product photography, and lifestyle imagery may not be altered, cropped, recolored, or used in any context that misrepresents the brand. Unauthorized use of brand assets outside of approved affiliate activity is prohibited.
6. Disclosure
Publishers must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines in the United States. All affiliate content must be clearly identified as containing affiliate links where required by law.
7. Commission Validation and Returns
Commissions are validated within 45 days of the transaction date. Any order that is returned, cancelled, or charged back within 30 days of purchase will be declined. Part-returns will result in commission being adjusted to reflect the net retained order value. Borough Furnace reserves the right to decline transactions that cannot be verified against internal order records.
8. Sub-affiliation
Publishers may not sub-affiliate or pass Borough Furnace tracking links through third-party networks or platforms without prior written consent.
9. Compliance and Enforcement
Borough Furnace monitors publisher activity regularly. Violations of these terms may result in declined transactions, suspension, or permanent removal from the programme. Decisions regarding compliance are final.
10. Amendments
Borough Furnace reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Publishers will be notified of material changes, including commission rate adjustments, in accordance with Awin's standard notification requirements.
