This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Redtop ("Merchant," "We," or "Us") and You, the affiliate partner ("Affiliate" or "You"). By joining the Redtop Affiliate Program through ShareASale, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, as well as ShareASale’s Terms of Service.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. legal principles.

Redtop is a premium footwear brand specializing in women's cowboy boots that combine style, comfort, and Western flair. Through our Affiliate Program, you can earn commissions by referring customers who make qualifying purchases through your unique affiliate links.

This Agreement is based on mutual consent and is legally binding. Affiliates will receive commission compensation for valid sales or conversions generated via their ShareASale tracking links, as long as those activities are in accordance with this Agreement.

Affiliates are expected to maintain ethical and brand-safe practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent Behavior: No click fraud, fake referrals, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising practices.

Trademark Infringement: Do not misuse Redtop’s name, logo, or branding in a way that may mislead consumers.

Unsolicited Communications: Do not promote Redtop through spam, unsolicited emails, or SMS.

Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not place links or promotions on websites containing adult content, hate speech, illegal content, or violent materials.

Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use techniques that force or trick users into dropping tracking cookies without informed consent.

PPC Bidding on Brand Terms: Affiliates may not bid on keywords or phrases containing "Redtop" or related brand terms in any search engine marketing or paid media campaigns.

Affiliates must comply with:

All local, state, and federal laws

Applicable advertising and consumer protection regulations

ShareASale’s Terms of Service and Policies

This includes, but is not limited to, proper disclosure of affiliate relationships as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and any relevant privacy or data protection laws.

Redtop reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the program at any time and for any reason, especially in cases of:

Violation of this Agreement

Actions that harm or potentially harm Redtop’s brand or business interests

Any outstanding commissions may be withheld if misconduct is found.

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of such changes via your ShareASale dashboard or email. Continued participation in the program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
