Program Terms

1. **Intellectual Property and Brand Use**: Affiliates may not infringe on the intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy or other rights of the merchant or any third party.

2. **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**: Participating Affiliate websites must not violate any laws, rules or regulations.

3. **Content Restrictions**: Affiliate websites may not contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or that contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.

4. **Technology Use Restrictions**: It may not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer program routines designed to disrupt, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or steal any system, data, or personal information.

5. **Traffic Interception and Redirection**: must not contain software or technology, including toolbars, browser plug-ins, extensions, and add-ons, that attempt to intercept, divert, or redirect Internet traffic to other websites or that may divert Affiliate commissions from another website.

6. **Coupons and Promotional Codes**: Affiliate may only advertise coupon codes offered through the Affiliate program or network, and may not advertise coupon codes obtained from non-affiliate advertisements, customer emails, paid searches, or other activities.

7. **PPC Advertising Guidelines**: If the Affiliate participates in PPC advertising, the Affiliate must adhere to the PPC guidelines, including not bidding on the Merchant's trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings.

8. **Social Media Usage**: Affiliates may not create pages or accounts on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, etc. using trademarks, trademarked + terms, or any variations or misspellings.

9. **Domain Name Use**: The use of a merchant's trademarked terms or misspellings as part of your website's domain name is strictly prohibited.

10. **EMAIL MARKETING**: If an Affiliate intends to promote a program through an email campaign, they must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and ensure that the email is sent in your name and must not imply that the email is sent in the Merchant's name.

11. **FTC Compliance**: Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship with the Merchant in any promotions, including but not limited to blog posts, videos, emails, social media and web pages.
