Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to The Skin Diary’s Affiliate Program ("Program"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program as an affiliate partner ("Affiliate"). By applying to the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.2 The Skin Diary reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Enrolment and Participation
2.1 To participate in the Program, Affiliates must apply through the AWIN platform and be approved by The Skin Diary. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any Affiliate application for any reason.
2.2 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process, including but not limited to contact details, payment information, and marketing strategies.
2.3 Affiliates must have an active account with AWIN and adhere to their terms and conditions.
3. Commissions
3.1 Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate will be determined by The Skin Diary and may vary based on factors such as product category, sales volume, or promotional events.
3.2 Commissions will only be paid on confirmed and completed sales. Returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for commission.
3.3 The Skin Diary will provide Affiliates with access to real-time tracking and reporting tools through AWIN to monitor their sales and commission earnings.
4. Marketing and Promotion
4.1 Affiliates are not permitted to promote The Skin Diary's products through Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising on search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
4.2 Affiliates must comply with the PPC guidelines provided by The Skin Diary and AWIN. Bidding on trademarked terms or engaging in any form of misleading or fraudulent advertising is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, and promotional materials provided by The Skin Diary. Any custom creatives must be approved in writing by Royal Home Living before use.
5. Payment
5.1 Commissions will be paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold as determined by The Skin Diary.
5.2 Payments will be made through the AWIN platform to the payment details provided by the Affiliate. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure accurate payment information is maintained.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. The Skin Diary reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program for violation of these Terms or any fraudulent activity.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between The Skin Diary and the Affiliate, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
7.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
By applying to the The Skin Diary Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
