Neatbond Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Neatbond Affiliate Program!
By participating, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to participate in the program.
1. Registration and Approval
Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. You have no legal recourse if your application is rejected.
Removal: We may remove affiliates from the program at any time and refuse service without legal recourse against us. Participation may be restricted based on geographic location.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Coupons: If assigned a coupon code, you may use it for promotions. You will not receive double commissions if both an affiliate link and a coupon are used.
Promotion Channels: You may promote our website through online channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) or offline channels (e.g., magazines, newspapers).
Restrictions: Any affiliate violating program restrictions may be suspended or removed and may not receive commissions.
3. Commissions and Payment
Commission Rates: 6%
Payment Details: Ensure your payment details are up-to-date. Commissions are paid on the last business day of the following month (e.g., January commissions are paid at the end of February). Payments are only made for completed transactions past the return period. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are not paid.
Affiliate Purchases: Commissions are not provided for purchases made directly by affiliates.
4. Marketing Tools
We will provide marketing materials such as banners and logos through the Marketing Tools section. You may download and use these materials on your affiliate channels.
5. Cookies
Tracking: We use cookies to track clicks and sales. If a user disables or clears cookies, tracking may not be possible, which may affect your commissions.
Cookie Duration: Cookie duration is specified in the affiliate registration form, starting from the time a customer clicks your link or uses your coupon.
6. Policy Changes
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
