Neatbond Branding Guidelines
1. Brand Name
Correct Usage: The brand name should always be written as “Neatbond” with both words capitalized.
Incorrect Usage: Variations such as “Neat Bond,” “Netbond,” or “Natbond” are not acceptable.
Special Characters: Do not use special characters or variations. Always use the standard spelling “Neatbond.”
2. Logo Usage
Correct Usage: Use the official Neatbond logo provided in our affiliate toolkit. Ensure that the logo is clear and legible, maintaining its original proportions.
Incorrect Usage: Do not alter the logo’s colors, distort its shape, or add text or graphics over it. Avoid using the logo in a way that could misrepresent or damage our brand image.
3. Product Photography and Video Guidelines
Do’s:
Setting: Use clean, neutral backgrounds that enhance the product's appearance. Natural lighting is preferred to showcase the true colors and details.
Content: Focus on high-quality images and videos that clearly highlight the features of our organizer and bag products.
Branding: Ensure the product is the focal point. Any supporting materials or accessories should be relevant to the product and not clutter the visual.
Don’ts:
Brand Confusion: Do not include non-neatbond products or unrelated brands in the images or videos.
Packaging: Avoid showing packaging that may vary by location or promotional material that is not approved by Neatbond.
4. Promotional Content
Correct Usage: You are allowed to use the creative materials provided through our affiliate program, including banners, text links, and promotional offers. Always disclose your affiliation with Neatbond in your promotional content.
Incorrect Usage: Do not create misleading advertisements that imply you are representing Neatbond directly or any other misleading claims. Avoid using our brand name or trademarks in a way that could confuse or mislead consumers.
5. Trademarks and Brand Assets
Correct Usage: Utilize only the official brand assets and trademarks provided to you. These include the logo, brand name, and any other materials approved by us.
Incorrect Usage: Do not use variations or modifications of our trademarks. Ensure that all uses of the brand name and logo conform to our established guidelines.
6. PPC and SEO Guidelines
PPC Advertising: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords related to Neatbond, including variations and misspellings, on any search engines or advertising platforms.
SEO: Do not engage in practices that could harm our SEO efforts, such as keyword stuffing or other tactics that violate search engine guidelines.

7. Compliance
Legal Compliance: Ensure all promotional practices and content comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes respecting intellectual property rights and avoiding deceptive practices.
Changes: Neatbond reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are expected to adhere to the revised guidelines.
