Program Terms

Daneey Affiliate Programme Terms & ConditionsGeneral

Participation: To participate in the daneey.com Affiliate Referral Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to Daneey. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the Daneey Affiliate Referral program however such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by Daneey and may be revoked at any time without notice.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Affiliates must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a legitimate website or marketing channel
  • Content must be appropriate and family-friendly
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • No trademark infringement or brand misrepresentation

Prohibited Activities:

  • Promotion of illegal activities
  • Sexually explicit materials
  • Violence promotion
  • Discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Any activities deemed inconsistent with Daneey's brand values

PPC (Pay-Per-Click)

Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Daneey's trademarked terms, brand names, or any variations/misspellings thereof in paid search campaigns including Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other PPC platforms.

Prohibited Terms Include:

  • "Daneey"
  • "Daneey.com"
  • Any misspellings or variations of the brand name
  • Brand name + generic terms (e.g., "Daneey pillows")

Allowed PPC Activities:

  • Generic keyword bidding (e.g., "home furniture," "comfortable pillows")
  • Comparative campaigns that don't use Daneey's trademark
  • Display advertising that follows brand guidelines

Transactions

Tracking: All transactions must be tracked through Awin's tracking system. Manual adjustments will only be made in exceptional circumstances with proper documentation.

Valid Transactions:

  • Must originate from legitimate affiliate traffic
  • Customer must complete purchase within attribution window
  • No self-referrals or friends/family purchases for commission
  • Must comply with coupon and promotional code policies

Invalid Transactions:

  • Fraudulent or incentivized traffic
  • Transactions from prohibited traffic sources
  • Self-purchases or purchases by immediate family members
  • Orders that are cancelled, returned, or charged back

Branding

Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must represent the Daneey brand accurately and professionally.

Approved Usage:

  • Use official product images and descriptions provided
  • Link directly to daneey.com (no redirects through other domains)
  • Present honest and accurate product information

Prohibited Usage:

  • Using Daneey's name in domain names or subdomains
  • Creating social media profiles that impersonate Daneey
  • Modifying official product images or logos
  • Making false claims about products or company
  • Using competitor comparison in misleading ways

Commission

Commission Structure:

  • Standard commission rate: 15% on all qualifying purchases
  • Commission is calculated on net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)
  • No commission on shipping costs or taxes

Payment Terms:

  • Payments processed monthly via Awin
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50
  • Commissions paid approximately 60 days after end of transaction month
  • Valid transactions only (after return period expires)

Commission Exclusions:

  • Employee purchases
  • Wholesale or trade accounts
  • Gift card purchases
  • Cancelled or returned orders

Notice Periods

Program Changes: Daneey reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice to affiliates through the Awin platform.

Termination Notice:

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
  • Immediate termination may occur for violations of terms
  • Commissions earned prior to termination will be honored for valid transactions

Communication: All official communications will be sent through the Awin platform. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

Publishers

Content Requirements:

  • All promotional content must be truthful and not misleading
  • Must include proper FTC disclosure for affiliate relationships
  • Content must align with Daneey's brand values and image
  • Regular content quality reviews may be conducted

Prohibited Publisher Types:

  • Adult/mature content websites
  • Illegal activity promotion sites
  • Trademark/copyright infringing sites
  • Coupon/cashback sites (unless pre-approved)
  • Email spam or unsolicited communications

Approval Process: New affiliates undergo review process. Continued participation subject to ongoing compliance monitoring.

De-Duplication

Attribution Model: Last-click attribution within the specified cookie window (typically 30 days).

Cross-Channel Conflicts:

  • Awin affiliate commissions take precedence over other affiliate networks for the same transaction
  • Internal marketing campaigns (email, direct mail) may override affiliate attribution
  • Influencer collaborations and sponsored content may take precedence over affiliate commissions

Resolution Process: Attribution disputes will be reviewed case-by-case with final determination by Daneey's affiliate management team.
