Excavating Adventures Affiliate Program Agreement
By joining the Excavating Adventures Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to adhere to the following rules and guidelines, in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use:
Prohibited Advertising Methods
Affiliates may not engage in any form of misleading or false advertising.
The use of unauthorized pop-ups, pop-unders, or auto-downloads is strictly prohibited.
Spamming, including but not limited to unsolicited emails, forum postings, or social media spam, is not permitted.
Trademark and Brand Use
Affiliates may not bid on keywords that include our brand name, "Excavating Adventures," or any variations thereof in any paid search or pay-per-click campaigns without prior written consent.
Use of the Excavating Adventures logo or branding elements must be in compliance with our brand guidelines and should not misrepresent the affiliation.
Coupon and Discount Restrictions
Affiliates may only use authorized coupons and discounts provided directly by Excavating Adventures. Affiliates are not allowed to create, modify, or promote unapproved coupon codes or discounts.
Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not promote our program on websites or content that includes offensive, abusive, or unlawful material.
Sites must not display content that is discriminatory, violent, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for our brand image.
Fraudulent or Manipulative Behavior
Any attempts to manipulate or falsely inflate referrals, clicks, or conversions are grounds for immediate removal from the program.
Affiliates must not engage in any activity that could cause damage to the reputation of Excavating Adventures.
Termination
Excavating Adventures reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these terms or engaged in activity detrimental to the brand.
By joining our program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to these terms, which may be updated periodically.
