Duman Home Affiliate Program Terms
1. Eligibility and Approval
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
- Affiliates may be required to provide additional information upon request to ensure alignment with Duman Home's brand and values.
2. Commission Structure
- Standard Commission Rate: 10% on all qualifying sales.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days.
- Exclusions: Commissions are not paid on VAT/sales tax, shipping fees, gift wrapping, or additional service charges.
- Special Rates: Top-performing affiliates may be eligible for increased commission rates upon review.
3. Prohibited PPC Activity
- Brand Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Duman Home’s brand terms, including “Duman Home” or variations and misspellings.
- Display URL: Affiliates may not use “Duman Home” in their display URLs.
- Negative Keywords: Affiliates are encouraged to add Duman Home as a negative keyword to avoid competing with our ads on brand terms.
- Approved Channels: Affiliates may run PPC ads only on non-brand keywords that align with our brand and are pre-approved.
4. Prohibited Content
- Affiliates may not promote Duman Home using inappropriate or misleading content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Adult content
- Gambling or illegal activities
- False or deceptive claims about Duman Home products or offers
5. Marketing and Advertising Guidelines
- Email Marketing: Any email campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations and be pre-approved by our team.
- Social Media: Affiliates may promote Duman Home on social media. However, direct linking to our website via paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram requires prior approval.
- Voucher & Cashback: Affiliates may not use unauthorized vouchers or cashback offers. Only Duman Home-provided promotions should be advertised.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Fraud
- Returns and Cancellations: Commissions will not be paid on any returned or canceled orders.
- Fraudulent Activity: Affiliates engaging in fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals or false transactions, will be removed from the program, and any commissions generated will be forfeited.
7. Confidentiality
- Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information about Duman Home confidential and use it solely for the purpose of promoting Duman Home products.
8. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use approved Duman Home logos, banners, and other marketing materials provided through the affiliate program. Modification or unauthorized use of Duman Home’s intellectual property is prohibited.
9. Termination of Agreement
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all Duman Home links, banners, and marketing materials from their site and other channels.
- Duman Home reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship that fails to comply with these terms.
10. Compliance and Violations
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their region, as well as any Duman Home guidelines.
- Failure to adhere to these terms may result in suspension or termination from the Duman Home affiliate program, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- Duman Home is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the affiliate program, including indirect or incidental damages. add your program terms.
