BenjiMens Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the BenjiMens Affiliate Program! By joining, affiliates agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial partnership, promoting clean, effective skincare solutions for men.
1. Brand Representation and Content Standards
Affiliates must represent BenjiMens professionally and ethically.
Misleading or false claims about BenjiMens products, such as exaggerated benefits or unsupported results, are prohibited.
Affiliates must not make unverified medical claims regarding product use or benefits.
All promotional content, including social media posts, blog articles, and advertisements, must reflect our brand's values and mission.
2. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Paid Search Restrictions: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded keywords, such as “BenjiMens,” “Benji face wash,” or any variations thereof, on search engines.
Unauthorized Coupon Sites: Affiliates may not post BenjiMens discount codes on unauthorized coupon or deal websites.
False Offers: Affiliates may not advertise non-existent or expired discounts, promotions, or product bundles.
Email Marketing: Any email marketing promoting BenjiMens products must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations. Prior written approval is required for email marketing.
Trademark Infringement: Affiliates may not use BenjiMens trademarks, logos, or copyrighted images in any content without explicit permission.
3. Affiliate Website Requirements
Affiliate websites must be appropriate for all audiences and may not contain offensive, illegal, or unethical content, including but not limited to hate speech, adult material, or discriminatory language.
Affiliate websites must adhere to the advertising policies and content guidelines of major social media and advertising platforms.
4. FTC Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with BenjiMens in all promotional content, per the FTC guidelines (e.g., “This is an affiliate link” or “I earn a commission from purchases made through this link”).
5. Commission Reversal and Termination
BenjiMens reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions in the event of fraudulent transactions, policy violations, or any breach of this agreement.
Affiliates who engage in prohibited activities or otherwise fail to comply with this agreement may be removed from the program without notice and forfeit outstanding commissions.
6. Modifications to the Program and Terms
BenjiMens reserves the right to update or change this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the ShareASale platform.
Continued participation in the program following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Liability Limitations
BenjiMens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate Program. Affiliates assume full responsibility for adhering to all program requirements and for the content they create or share.
