Welcome to the MARCO DAL MASO Affiliate Program.
By participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, in addition to the ShareASale/Awin Terms of Use. These rules are designed to protect the luxury, exclusivity, and high standards of MARCO DAL MASO.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on confirmed, successful referred sales.
Commission is calculated on the net sale value, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and refunds.
Rates are outlined within your affiliate account.
2. Prohibited Activities
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on keywords including “Marco Dal Maso,” misspellings, variations, or our URL in paid search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
Coupon Sites: Affiliates may not post unapproved discount codes on coupon/deal aggregators.
Inappropriate Content: No promotion on sites containing offensive, adult, violent, or illegal content.
Spamming: No unsolicited emails or spam tactics that could harm our brand.
3. Voucher Code Policy
Affiliates may only use unique codes assigned directly to them by MARCO DAL MASO.
Use of public or brand-owned codes is strictly prohibited.
Any sale generated using unapproved codes will be ineligible for commission and reversed.
4. Publisher Type Restrictions
Not permitted: generic coupon/deal aggregators, voucher scraping tools, browser extensions, cashback-only publishers (unless pre-approved).
Permitted: content-driven affiliates such as editorial features, influencer collaborations, luxury shopping portals, and style guides that align with our brand.
5. Content Guidelines
All content must align with MARCO DAL MASO’s luxury positioning: confident, elegant, modern Italian design.
No misleading claims or misrepresentations.
Approved banners, logos, and creatives may not be altered without prior written consent.
6. Incremental Sales Requirement
Affiliates must deliver incremental value by reaching new audiences and driving net-new customers.
MARCO DAL MASO reserves the right to withhold commissions if activity is deemed cannibalized (e.g., intercepting sales from existing paid ads or organic channels).
7. Commissions and Reversals
Commissions are awarded on confirmed sales.
Reversals may occur in cases of:
Returns, refunds, or fraud
Use of prohibited codes
Violation of this agreement
8. Affiliate Approval and Termination
MARCO DAL MASO reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at its discretion.
Non-compliance may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved marketing assets.
Unauthorized or altered use will result in termination.
10. Third-Party Use of Accounts
Affiliate accounts cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold.
11. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must adhere to all local and international laws.
12. Updates to Agreement
MARCO DAL MASO may update this agreement at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of revisions.
