Destinology operates a strict policy on any paid search activity done by partners on any pay per click search engines (including but not limited to Google Ad Words). Affiliates must not bid on any of our brand terms, and will not be paid any commission as a result in paid search activity. These terms include: destinology, destinology holidays.
Destinology affiliates are not allowed to use the Destinology url as the display url within any search activity.
Any affiliates found bidding on the above terms or displaying the Destinology url will be suspended from the program and will not be paid commissions already earned for that month.
Publishers must not register or use a URL with Destinology, misspells or derivatives in the domain name without express permission.
Publishers must not use the brand name, misspells or derivatives in the sub domains (www.destinology.yourdomain.co.uk) without express permission.
Affiliate Sites:
Destinology will only work with sites that are deemed brand friendly and those that abide by applicable laws and regulations and the guidelines set forth by the IAB and ASA. Sites that contain, promote or are associated with any of the following are not considered brand friendly:
• Gambling or contraband
• Explicit adult content or foul language
• Strong political views or expressed opinions
• Discriminatory material (on topics such as (but not restricted to) religion, gender, race, age, nationality
• Illegal material or violence
• Etc.
Sites should not copy or resemble the look and feel of Destinology's website to give the impression that the Affiliate’s website is a part of Destinology.
Confidentiality:
Neither party will disclose Confidential Information without the other party’s prior written consent. ("Confidential Information") includes the terms outlined, all correspondence between the parties, and click-through rates or other statistics relating to these terms.
GDPR Compliance:
Please note we are only working with publishers are GDPR compliant and we remind you that all publishers are responsible for their own GDPR compliance for data capture and cookies on site.
Termination:
Destinology reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the Destinology program if they are considered to be acting against the interests of Destinology or the terms set out within this program. Destinology will give written notice prior to the removal.
Destinology reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time. Failure to adhere with our below Terms will result in an exclusion from the Destinology affiliate programme. See tabs for further T&C breakdown.
