- Commission Structure: Affiliates earn 15% commission on each qualifying sale made through their affiliate link.
- Cookie Duration: We use a 30-day cookie window, meaning commissions will be attributed to your affiliate link for any purchases made within 30 days of the initial referral.
- Commission Validation: Commissions will be approved after the standard 60-day return or cancellation period, plus a 7-day validation period (67 days total).
- Payouts: Commissions will be paid via bank transfer.

3. Returns and Cancellations
- If a customer returns or cancels their order within the 60-day return period, the commission on that sale will be voided.

4. Promotion Guidelines

- Affiliates may not use false or misleading claims, spam, or any illegal activity to promote our products.
- Affiliates may not bid on Earth’s Secret brand terms or use any misspellings of our brand name in search engine marketing.

- Affiliates must only use the promotional materials provided by Earth’s Secret or approved by us in advance.
- Affiliates may not create their own graphics, logos, or ads that misrepresent the Earth’s Secret brand.

- Affiliates may also choose to leave the program at any time by notifying Earth’s Secret in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
