PLAYALUXE Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commission Structure:
- Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all valid sales generated through their affiliate links.
- Commission is calculated on the transaction value, which includes VAT/sales tax but excludes shipping costs, gift wrapping, or other service fees.
- Commissions are not paid on returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
2. Promotional Guidelines:
- Affiliates must promote PLAYALUXE products in a manner consistent with our brand values of sustainability, inclusivity, and fashion-forward design.
- Publishers are prohibited from promoting PLAYALUXE on adult content websites or on any platforms that may harm the brand's image (e.g., spammy or low-quality websites).
- All creative materials (e.g., logos, product images) must be used as provided, without modification, unless pre-approved by PLAYALUXE.
- Any paid search or PPC activities must comply with our guidelines, which restrict the use of PLAYALUXE brand name or variations in search engine ads unless pre-approved.
3. De-Duplication:
- PLAYALUXE operates a de-duplication policy to avoid multiple commissions being paid for the same transaction. Commissions will be awarded to the channel with the last-click attribution, including PPC, email marketing, display advertising, and direct partnerships.
4. Compliance and Brand Integrity:
- Affiliates must adhere to PLAYALUXE’s branding and promotional guidelines. Misleading claims, unethical marketing tactics, and any content that misrepresents the PLAYALUXE brand will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
- Affiliates must ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant advertising and data protection regulations.
5. Returns and Cancellations:
- Commissions will be voided if a product is returned or if an order is canceled. Affiliates will only receive commissions for successful, completed sales.
6. Cookie Duration:
- Our program operates on a 30-day cookie window, meaning that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking on an affiliate link, the affiliate will earn the commission.
7. Payment Terms:
- Commissions will be paid out in accordance with AWIN’s standard payment schedule, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold.
8. Program Modifications:
- PLAYALUXE reserves the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email, with a 7-day notice before any commission adjustments.
9. Restricted Activities:
- Affiliates are prohibited from using PLAYALUXE trademarks, including the brand name, in their own domain names, URLs, or misleading display ads.
- Affiliates may not engage in any activity that may infringe on PLAYALUXE’s intellectual property or damage its reputation.
