For what reasons are commissions declined?
Order canceledIf the customer cancels their order before shipment or within the cancellation period, commission will not be paid.
Item was returnedIf the customer returns the item for a refund (partial or full), commission will not be paid. Applies to both individual returns and bulk returns.
Customer failed credit checkIf the customer's credit card or payment method fails verification, or if the transaction is flagged as high risk by our payment processor, commission will not be paid
Breach of program termsViolation of programme terms (e.g., unauthorized brand bidding, coupon use, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, pop-ups, misleading ads) may result in commission decline, suspension, or permanent ban.
Duplicate orderIf the same customer places duplicate orders for the same product (accidentally or intentionally), commission will be paid only once. Duplicate or test orders will not qualify for commission.
Item was out of stockIf the ordered item is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, or if the order is cancelled due to stock unavailability, commission will not be paid.
OtherFraudulent transactions, chargebacks, unauthorized coupon use, traffic violations (brand bidding, forced clicks), publisher self-referrals, bulk orders, and untrackable transactions.
