Brand Usage Guidelines
Brand Relationships
- Antennas Direct is the parent company of the ClearStream and Mohu brands.
- Affiliates may refer to ClearStream and Mohu as brands owned by Antennas Direct.
- Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Antennas Direct, ClearStream, or Mohu.
Approved Brand Names
Use the following brand names exactly as shown:
- Antennas Direct®
- ClearStream®
- Mohu®
Do not alter, abbreviate, misspell, or combine brand names with other words.
Logos and Creative Assets
- Only use logos, product images, banners, videos, and marketing materials supplied through the affiliate program or approved by Antennas Direct.
- Logos and creative assets may not be modified, distorted, recolored, animated, or combined with other graphics without prior written approval.
- Affiliates may not create their own versions of company logos or product packaging.
Claims and Product Information
- Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims regarding product performance, channel availability, reception range, pricing, promotions, or product features.
- Product specifications should match information published on official Antennas Direct, ClearStream, or Mohu websites.
- Affiliates should not guarantee reception results, channel availability, or signal quality, as these vary by location.
Domains and Social Media
- Affiliates may not register domain names, social media handles, usernames, or business names containing "Antennas Direct," "ClearStream," "Mohu," or any other brands Antennas Direct owns or confusingly similar variations.
- Affiliates may not create websites or social media accounts that could reasonably be mistaken for official company channels.
Promotional Practices
- Affiliates may not represent promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or giveaways unless they have been officially provided through the affiliate program.
- Expired promotions must be removed promptly.
- Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized coupon codes or offers.
Trademark Protection
- Use of Antennas Direct, ClearStream, Mohu, product names, trademarks, or branded terms in paid search advertising is prohibited without prior written approval.
- Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms or use trademarked terms in ad copy, display URLs, or landing page URLs.
Brand Reputation
- Affiliates must conduct marketing activities in a professional manner that reflects positively on Antennas Direct, ClearStream, and Mohu.
- Antennas Direct reserves the right to request removal of content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or harmful to the reputation of any company brand.
