The Antennas Direct Affiliate Program offers competitive commissions, a dedicated affiliate management team, and the opportunity to promote trusted brands in the growing cord-cutting market. Antennas Direct is the parent company of the ClearStream and Mohu brands, and commissions may be earned on qualifying purchases made through approved affiliate links across participating brand websites.
Program Guidelines
- Affiliates may not bid on or purchase advertising using Antennas Direct, ClearStream, Mohu, or any variations, misspellings, trademarks, branded terms, or product names through pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Search Ads 360, or similar advertising networks.
- Affiliates must use approved tracking links provided through the affiliate platform. Custom-created tracking links are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of commissions.
- Authorized Antennas Direct, ClearStream, or Mohu distributors, dealers, resellers, and their employees are not eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program.
- Products are available for shipment only within the continental United States.
- Our average order value exceeds $75, providing strong earning potential for affiliates.
- Performance bonuses may be available to affiliates who consistently generate quality sales and comply with all program requirements.
- A product catalog is available through the AWIN platform.
- Antennas Direct may periodically offer promotions, discounts, giveaways, and special campaigns that affiliates may use to increase conversions.
Participation and Compliance
By registering for or participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the Program.
Affiliates may not participate in the Program where such participation is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
Antennas Direct reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the Program, these Terms and Conditions, commission structures, payment policies, or any aspect of the Program at any time without prior notice.
Antennas Direct reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any affiliate account and withhold commissions resulting from violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, deceptive marketing practices, trademark violations, or any activity deemed harmful to Antennas Direct, ClearStream, Mohu, or their customers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antennas Direct, Inc., its brands, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and vendors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Affiliate Program.
In no event shall the total liability of Antennas Direct, Inc. arising out of or relating to the Affiliate Program exceed one hundred dollars ($100), regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Affiliate Program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules. Any arbitration proceedings shall take place in St. Louis, Missouri.
Affiliates agree not to initiate or maintain any action in any forum other than the agreed arbitration process described herein.
By participating in the Program, affiliates expressly waive:
- The right to a trial by jury.
- The right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration.
- The right to act as a private attorney general or representative of any other person or group.
- The right to participate as a member of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Any arbitration award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
