1. Introduction:
This document sets out the terms and conditions for participating in the affiliate program of 4 Healthy Pets NV, also known as Edgard & Cooper. In this agreement, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to 4 Healthy Pets NV, while “you” and “your” refer to the affiliate.

The purpose of this agreement is to collaborate with you to attract new customers by highlighting the variety and quality of our daily pet food. To achieve this, we require your support in generating qualified sales through the use of affiliate links.

Before you join and become a member of our community, we will review and approve your profile within a maximum of 72 hours. We reserve the right to reject your application and participation in the program at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Obligations:
As an affiliate of the Edgard & Cooper program, we promote an ethical and professional environment to ensure successful collaboration. Here are the expectations we have for those who join our community:

Creation of authentic, respectful, and high-quality pet-related content:
At Edgard & Cooper, we prioritise websites and content creators that produce authentic and quality material focused on the welfare and care of pets.

Commitment to core values:
The content should reflect respect, inclusion, and responsibility, aligning with our principles of nature, sustainability, animal welfare, transparency, and community. Any unapproved content must be removed immediately.

Support for inclusion and diversity:
We support platforms and content creators that promote diversity and avoid any form of discrimination.

Building a unique identity:
We value websites and content creators that maintain an authentic identity, avoiding imitations or confusion with the Edgard & Cooper brand or any variations of it. The affiliate’s audience should match our target audience, demonstrating credibility and a genuine connection with their followers, as well as a high level of engagement with their community.

Use of safe tools:
Affiliates should not use software or tools that compromise the fair assignment of commissions within our program.

Full compliance with the brief:
Be sure to read our brief carefully and verify that you meet all the points on the checklist.

Compliance with intellectual property or any other applicable legislation:
Edgard & Cooper is not responsible if you use copyrighted or intellectual property-protected materials. It is also essential that we comply with laws and regulations, especially regarding advertising and data protection. As an affiliate, you must inform your followers when your content includes advertising material.

Affiliates participating in the Edgard & Cooper program agree to strictly follow the guidelines set by Awin in their code of conduct, which can be consulted here:
