For any content posted whilst on the affiliate programme please DO:
- Show branding within the first few seconds
- Try and get your pet to look at the camera
- Include the discount at the start of the video or close to the start of the video, and specify that it is just for NEW customers
- Include the most important point as text overlays and make sure the text is readable against the background
- Keep the lower third of the frame free of text as this will be covered when we boost content
- Use auto-captions when doing voice-overs
- Ensure the branding is visible during feeding moments along with showing the product being served up and letting the pet interact with the food
- Pronounce the brand as ‘Edgard and Cooper’ not ‘Edgard Cooper’
For any content posted whilst on the affiliate programme please DON’T:
- Force your pets to do anything they don’t want to do, or to wear any costumes/outfits
- Let pets lick the top of open cans, don’t overfeed and give your pet plenty of space to eat in peace
- Include any reference to alcohol, drugs, highly sexualised images, profanity, or offensive remarks, stereotyping or offensive content or political views
- Use photos of people unless they have given you their content to use it for the purpose of the brief, obtaining this content is your responsibility
- Include other brands
