1. Commission Rate
Our standard commission rate is 10% per sale. This rate is subject to adjustment during promotions or special events, with a maximum reduction of 20% per adjustment.
2. Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, gift-wrapping fees, and any other service charges. Credit card processing fees will not be deducted from the commission.
3. Payment Schedule
Commissions will be paid monthly via the Awin platform according to its standard payment schedule. Publishers will only receive payment for sales that have been approved and completed.
4. Promotion Rules
Compliance: Publishers must adhere to all promotional rules, including brand guidelines.
Content Restrictions: Publishers are prohibited from promoting adult content or any material that violates laws and regulations.
Accuracy & Niche: Publishers must not make misleading claims about products and may only promote products on beauty or hair-related websites.
Paid Search (PPC): Publishers are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded terms in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
Deduplication: Duplicate sales across different channels will be removed to ensure only one publisher receives commission per sale.
5. Program Updates
Publishers will be notified of any changes to commission rates or program terms at least 7 days in advance. Adjustments will occur no more than once every 30 days.
