Our Gold Ridge Olive Oils achieve Extra Virgin status annually through the certification process by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC). The COOC assures the quality of real California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, through rigorous lab analysis and sensory testing by a panel of experts each harvest season. The COOC certification is recognized internationally for the highest standards of quality.
