We are Spring & Mulberry, a new line of date-sweetened chocolate bars topped with beautiful and fantastic-for-you ingredients, all with no added sugar. We differentiate in the marketplace by sweetening with whole fruit rather than refined or non-nutritive sweeteners and by leaning into taste, creating a feast for the senses. A few fun facts about us:
· Our founder, Kathryn, was inspired to start the brand after a cancer diagnosis led her to quit refined sugar.
· Bon Appetit has called us their favorite fancy chocolate bar on the market – not bad for a healthy food brand!
· We source our cacao direct trade from Suhum, Ghana, West Africa’s first organic and biodynamic farming region.
· Our cacao has been tested for heavy metals – we are 50-75% below the California MADL for both lead and cadmium.
· We just launched a new chocolate bar – Coffee Bean, Banana – in collaboration with Counter Culture Coffee.
