1.After washing your hair, and using the Curling Ribbon on damp hair, I recommend waiting for your hair to dry about 90% before putting the curling ribbon in. Once the Curling Ribbon is in your hair, take both ends of the ribbon, twist them back, and tie them together with an extra scrunchies.
