MOB is on a mission to make beauty better, to push boundaries and help define new standards in the industry. They have deep roots in research and development and their own labs where they invite community to collaborate, create, and learn. They formulate to meet the standards of pro-artists, and clean, sustainable, cruelty free, and vegan are product requirements. They are known for their signature unique textures and modern, nuanced, one-of-a-kind shades.
Devoting as much effort to sustainable packaging as they do to product innovation, MOB partnered with Credo to co-found the Pact Collective. Since its launch in 2021, the initiative has collected over half a million pounds of hard-to-recycle beauty packaging across the industry.
MOB also designed refillable and recyclable packaging using 50-100% post-consumer recycled materials and launched fully biodegradable jars, compacts, and capsules in 2023.
