Kim Seybert Affiliate Program Guidelines
Kim Seybert welcomes partnerships with content publishers, interior design professionals, lifestyle creators, wedding publishers, and other brand-aligned affiliates that introduce new customers to the brand.
Commission rates may vary by publisher type and performance level. Content publishers, editorial partners, and influencers that drive incremental sales and new customer acquisition may be eligible for enhanced commission rates.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Kim Seybert trademarked terms, brand variations, misspellings, or brand-plus-modifier keywords in paid search campaigns unless expressly authorized in writing. All approved search affiliates must add Kim Seybert branded terms to their negative keyword lists.
Cashback, loyalty, coupon, email, and search affiliates may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to alternative commission structures.
Commissions are paid on the net merchandise value of completed retail purchases and exclude taxes, shipping charges, gift wrapping, service fees, and other non-product charges. Commissions may be declined or reversed for canceled orders, returned merchandise, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, violations of program terms, unauthorized coupon use, or PPC trademark violations.
Kim Seybert reserves the right to approve, reject, remove, or reclassify affiliates at its discretion and to adjust commission structures based on publisher type, promotional method, performance, and contribution to customer acquisition.
The program is intended to reward affiliates who generate incremental, high-quality traffic and sales while maintaining the premium positioning and brand integrity of Kim Seybert.
