Affiliate Program Guidelines
To maintain brand integrity and fair partnership practices, all affiliates must comply with the following program policies:
- Commissions are paid on qualifying new customer purchases only. Returning customer orders may not be commissionable.
- Affiliates may not run paid advertisements using Fabula’s brand name, trademarks, misspellings, or branded keywords (“brand bidding”) on Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other advertising platform without written approval.
- Affiliates may not impersonate Fabula Coffee or present themselves as official representatives of the brand.
- Coupon, cashback, loyalty, or deal-site promotion must be approved by Fabula in advance.
- Spam, misleading claims, false advertising, cookie stuffing, unauthorized discount distribution, or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
- Fabula reserves the right to reverse commissions associated with canceled orders, fraudulent activity, duplicate orders, self-referrals, or violations of program terms.
- Affiliates are responsible for complying with FTC disclosure guidelines and clearly disclosing affiliate relationships when promoting Fabula products.
