Commission Basis
Commissions are calculated on the net transaction value, excluding VAT, sales tax, delivery charges, credit card fees, and other service charges unless otherwise specified.
Eligible Products and Services
Not all products or categories are eligible for commission. Specific exclusions will be noted in the programme terms.
Commission Decline Reasons
Commissions will not be paid for orders that are cancelled, returned, fail customer credit checks, breach programme terms, are duplicate orders, or involve out-of-stock items.
Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid according to the programme’s payment schedule. Payment may be withheld if the transaction is under review or disputed.
Promotional Restrictions
Certain types of promotions may not be allowed (e.g., adult content, age-restricted products). Use of brand names in PPC campaigns may have specific rules.
Deduplication
Sales may be de-duplicated across channels to avoid double-paying commissions for the same transaction.
Programme Changes
Terms, rates, and eligible activities may change. Affiliates will be notified of updates.
Tracking & Reporting
All sales must be tracked via the designated affiliate system to ensure proper attribution and commission calculation.
