Promotional Publisher Policy
We welcome high-quality content, community, and loyalty partners as the core of our program. Cashback publishers are allowed but closely monitored. Coupon affiliates are accepted on a case-by-case basis only. Authorized coupons must come directly from Awin or us.kadalys.com, and any use of expired, misleading, or unauthorized codes will result in removal from the program. Email publishers must receive prior approval, be fully CAN-SPAM compliant, and request our suppression list before sending campaigns. Search activity is allowed only on generic category terms (e.g., “organic skincare”) and never on trademarked terms, variations, or misspellings. Behavioural retargeting and media broker activity are not permitted. Affiliates may not promote Kadalys alongside adult, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, or age-restricted content. Program accepts U.S. traffic only.
PPC Policy
- Trademark bidding is strictly prohibited, including variations and misspellings.
- “Brand +” terms are prohibited (e.g., “Kadalys coupon”).
- Direct linking from paid search is prohibited.
- Redirected pages and domain forwarding are prohibited.
- Use of the Kadalys brand name in ad copy, titles, or display URLs is not allowed.
- PPC is only permitted on generic category terms (e.g., “organic skincare”).
Transactions Policy
- Commission is calculated on net product sales value, excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping, credit card fees, and service charges such as gift wrap.
- All retail skincare products are commissionable. Gift cards and B2B products are excluded.
- Orders are subject to reversal within 45 days if canceled, returned, or deemed fraudulent.
- Commissions may also be declined for duplicate orders, breach of program terms, or unauthorized coupon use.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading tactics are prohibited.
Branding Guidelines
- Affiliates may not use the Kadalys trademark in domains, subdomains, usernames, or social handles.
- Affiliates may not impersonate Kadalys or claim to be “official.”
- Only approved creatives from Awin may be used; no altering, distorting, or recreating brand assets without permission.
- Custom banners or creatives require prior written approval.
- Affiliates may not post affiliate links on Kadalys-owned social media accounts.
- Messaging must not mislead customers into thinking offers are exclusive or “official” unless provided directly by Kadalys.
Commission Policy
- Standard commission is 10%. Minimum guaranteed commission is 8%.
- Cookie window: 7 days (Kadalys is working with Awin to extend this to 30 days).
- Affiliates will receive at least 28 days’ notice of any commission adjustment whenever possible, and reductions may not occur more than once every 60 days.
- Commission is calculated on net product sales value, excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping, credit card fees, and service charges such as gift wrap.
- All retail skincare products are commissionable. Gift cards and B2B products are excluded.
- Only authorized coupons from Awin or us.kadalys.com may be used, with full details (offer, expiration, code).
- Affiliates may not advertise coupons from outside sources or create “fake exclusives.”
Shopping Ads Policy
- Shopping ads (including Google Shopping and Comparison Shopping Services) are only permitted with prior written approval.
- All CSS activity must be tracked in a separate publisher account.
- Unauthorized shopping ads or direct linking through shopping campaigns will not receive commission.
Publishers Policy
- Email marketing is allowed with prior approval, and all partners must be CAN-SPAM compliant. Suppression lists must be requested before sending.
- Social media promotion is allowed on a case-by-case basis. Affiliates may not use Kadalys trademarks in paid social ad copy, headlines, or page names without approval.
De-Duplication Policy
Transactions are de-duplicated against Kadalys’ own marketing channels, including branded and generic PPC, email campaigns, display advertising, and direct partnerships, to prevent double commission. Standard last-click attribution applies within the affiliate channel; the last eligible affiliate referrer will be credited. We do not currently run an in-house publisher program or price comparison activity, and Kadalys operates exclusively on Awin.
Notice Policy
- We aim to provide affiliates with up to 28 days’ notice of program term changes whenever possible.
- We aim to provide 7 days’ notice of planned website downtime whenever possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
