Details:
- A payable lead is submitted (name, phone number, who are they looking to care for, email)
- We do not pay for duplicates, people looking for a job, or people that are only going to pay with medicaid
- We can also pay on a pay per call basis
- We can only target US
- Preferable target audience - Women (though we also take Men) 40-70 years of age
We have a cap set at 40 leads for the day of launch to assess quality. We do not take weekend launches.
Business Model (Referral Based):
1. An interested party fills out a form
2. Our call center calls and qualifies the interested party who filled out the form
3. If qualified, they will be sent to a facility
4. ONLY in the event that the applicant moves in do we receive a referal fee.
