How you make money referring to CHBO
For every individual or company who lists their property with CHBO, we offer a 15% commission of the total sale (Packages start at $339).
For every tenant who rents a property via the CHBO Rental Program will earn 3% commission of the total rent during the term of the lease capping at 6 months.
Simply put, if your referral lists their rental property with CHBO or you refer tenants to rent a property, you earn.
