Basic Monthly pays $6.00. Premium Monthly pays $12.00.
Annual plans (30% of first year payment)
Basic Annual, Premium Annual, and Elite Annual all pay 30% of the subscriber's first year payment. In dollar terms that works out to roughly $15 on Basic Annual, $39.56 on Premium Annual (at $131.88/year), and approximately $71.97 on Elite Annual (at $239.88/year).
If a subscriber applies a coupon code on an annual plan, the 30% commission is calculated on the final amount paid after the discount, not the full list price.
