Please note that a datafeed will be available at a later date. In addition, we do not currently support the payment method iDeal, but will do so in the near future. We will keep you informed about this.

DECKERS CONSUMER DIRECT AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to you (“the Publisher”) and your membership in the affiliate program (the “Program”) of Deckers Outdoor Corporation (“the Advertiser”).
All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, product copy and other proprietary materials authorized by the Advertiser that are provided to you through the Network Service shall be deemed to be “the Advertiser Content” for the purposes of this Agreement.
By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. PROCESSING
Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set forth in the Publisher Services Agreement (PSA). In the event of any inconsistency between the PSA and these Terms and Conditions, the PSA shall control.
2. CONTINUING COMPLIANCE
Your continued compliance with these Terms and Conditions is a condition of your continued participation in the Program. If the Advertiser determines, in its sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any material provision of these Terms and Conditions or that there has been a material breach of the Publisher Services Agreement, the Advertiser may (without limiting other available remedies) take all or any of the following actions:
• Warn you that the Advertiser will remove you from the Program if such a breach occurs again;
• Forfeit any fees that would otherwise be payable to you from the date on which you commenced breaching the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of the Publisher Services Agreement; and/or
• Request that AWIN permanently and immediately remove you from the Program.
3. CANCELLED ORDERS
Commissions will be reversed for orders cancelled or returned by customers within the chargeback period. Commissions will also be reversed for confirmed fraudulent activity and/or upon a chargeback by the customer. The Advertiser reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a Publisher with 7 days' notice if there is a disproportionate number of cancelled or returned orders.
4. UNACCEPTABLE CONTENT
The Advertiser reserves the right to determine what is considered unacceptable content within the Program.
5. USE OF ADVERTISER CONTENT
You agree that Advertiser has sublicensed to you only the exact Advertiser Content provided to you by Advertiser, directly or through the Network Service and in the form and manner available on and specified in the Network Service. You further agree to the following obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Advertiser Content:
You may not distribute, transfer, sublicense, modify or otherwise use the Advertiser Content in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge that Advertiser owns and will retain ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to the Advertiser Content, including but not limited to any proprietary rights that may be developed in the future. @@You will not remove any trademark, service mark or privacy policy information from the Advertiser Content. @@You will not present or use the Advertiser Content in a manner that (i) could reasonably be constructed by Teva® as describing or representing the views or opinions of the Advertiser or the Advertiser's representatives; (ii) is, in the reasonable opinion of the Advertiser, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable; (iii) infringes upon, damages, dilutes or interferes with the Advertiser's rights in the Advertiser Content; or (iv) uses the name of a product or service of a company other than the Advertiser. @@You will not promote Teva® product related coupons, promotions or discounts in your creative. @@The websites on which you promote our products do not infringe upon Deckers Outdoor trademarks or include variations thereof. @@• Trademark infringements include: @o The generic use of “Teva” (see the Trademark Guidelines which you must adhere to and which are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A and incorporated herein) or other Deckers Outdoor trademarks @o Use of iframes or other technology to frame the Teva NL website or other Deckers trademarks @o Altering the Teva® logo or other Deckers Outdoor logos. @@If the Advertiser requests that you change your use of the Advertiser Content, you will comply immediately. @@You must use the creative provided. If you wish to make changes to the creative provided or use your own creative, you must first obtain approval from the Advertiser by sending an email to: affiliates@teva.com. @@6. UNACCEPTABLE WEBSITES@@Websites where you promote our products are not auction sites, classified ads, gambling sites, porn sites, titillating or fraudulent TEVA® websites. Loyalty/cash-back/coupon/rebate sites must be of the highest quality and must be pre-approved by Deckers Outdoor. @@7. PROHIBITED WEBSITE DOMAIN KEYWORDS@@Domain names where you promote our products do not contain any Deckers Outdoor trademark or variation thereof or Teva® brand style names in their URL. Examples of these include: @@• Teva @• Teeva @• Tiva • @Tevas @• Tevas Sandals @• Teva Shoes @@8. USE OF SOFTWARE@@The use of customer software and/or third party websites that you advertise on do not install adware, spyware, persistent cookies or other malicious programs on users' computers. @@9. MISUSE OF ADVERTISER'S TRADEMARKS AND OTHER KEYWORDS
You may not bid on, register or purchase search terms that display the Advertiser's trademark (Teva TEVA®, Teva, Teva Shoes, Teva Sports Sandals, Teva Sandals, Deckers), including misspellings and variations of these terms. Furthermore, you may not include them in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other referral service unless approved in writing by the Advertiser. @@10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES@@You agree not to: @@• Forced Clicks/ Forced Cookies are not permitted. (An end user must take an affirmative action (ie click on your link located on your website or submitted to a third party search engine) in order for you to receive credit for a transaction); @• Overwrite previously set publisher cookies other than your own; @• Attempting to intercept traffic, direct traffic to or from, or direct referral fees to or from any website participating in the Program, one or more of the Advertiser's websites, any competitor's website (as solely defined by Deckers Outdoor) or any other website; @• Recording or documenting information about Company's customers or retaining a copy of the names or associated data generated by the Program through cookies or other software, whether such software is authorized by the Advertiser or otherwise, or through any other method. The Advertiser retains the sole and exclusive rights to such data; @• You may not distribute your links to other partners in your network; @• Using any technique whereby the content presented to search engines is different than that presented to those browsing the site; @• Imitate our site in any way, including plagiarizing content directly from our site without our express permission; and @• Bid on SEM trademarked keywords including but not limited to (any type of match): @@• Teva® @• Teva®z @• Teva®s @• Teva @• TEVA®S @• TEVA®s @• TEVA® Boots @• Teva® Boots @• Page titles must not use Advertiser's trademarked terms in conjunction with other shoe or boot related terms (ie “Teva sandals”, “Teva shoes”).
General Terms and Conditions Brand Guidelines
11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ACTIVITIES
All electronic mass communications on the Internet currently available (eg, emails, newsletters, instant messaging, online radio broadcasts, social networking sites, etc.) or any electronic Internet communications technologies developed in the future that contain Advertiser Content or trademarks of the Advertiser and its holdings or that promote the Advertiser must be approved in advance by the Advertiser. Please contact the Advertiser via email for more information regarding the use of electronic mass communications on the Internet and/or printed mass communications in conjunction with your participation in the Program. @@In addition, under no circumstances may you transmit “commercial electronic mail” as that term is defined in the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or as limited by any future federal, state or local law relating to the Program. The Advertiser reserves the right to correct or cancel any compensation in respect of content you send via “commercial electronic mail”. @@12. PRINT COMMUNICATIONS
All printed communications developed in the future which contain any trademarks of the Advertiser or Deckers Outdoor and its holding companies or which promote any content of the Advertiser or Deckers Outdoor must be approved in advance in writing by the Advertiser.
