General Notes About Commission
Eligible Orders: Commission applies to valid, completed retail purchases made through Nilight’s official store.
Exclusions: No commission is paid on wholesale or bulk orders, employee purchases, returned/cancelled transactions, or fraudulent activity.
Discounts & Coupons: Orders placed using unauthorized coupon codes, cashback stacking, or unapproved discount sources will be ineligible.
Product Categories: Commission applies across all Nilight product lines (LED light bars, pods, whip lights, bumpers, wiring kits, etc.) unless otherwise stated. Special or clearance items may be excluded.
Attribution: Tracking follows AWIN’s last-click attribution model with a standard 45-day cookie window.
Adjustments: Nilight reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of policy violation, misrepresentation, or traffic quality concerns.
Transparency: Affiliates are expected to clearly represent Nilight products and promotions in line with brand guidelines.
Payout Schedule: Commission is validated after the standard AWIN holding period and paid monthly according to AWIN’s payment cycle.
