Affiliate Policy
Trademark & Keyword Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on BloomChic trademarked keywords, including but not limited to “BloomChic”, “bloomchic.com”, or any brand-related variations. This restriction also applies to brand + generic combinations such as “BloomChic coupon”, “BloomChic promo code”, “BloomChic discount”, and similar TM+ keywords.
Paid Advertising Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting BloomChic through paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Facebook Ads, and Yahoo Ads.
Display URL Usage: Using bloomchic.com or any BloomChic-related domain as a display URL in advertisements is strictly prohibited.
Approved Promotion Channels: Affiliates may promote BloomChic through organic channels only, such as blogs, content websites, and social media platforms.
Compliance & Penalties: Unauthorized use of restricted channels or violations of this policy may result in account termination and forfeiture or cancellation of commissions.
UpPromote & KOL Code Usage: For UpPromote program users, affiliate codes or links may only be promoted on social media. Other websites are not permitted to use KOL codes for promotion or monetization. Advertising-based promotion is not allowed. Failure to comply may result in commission cancellation.
Order Review & Last-Click Attribution
All orders are reviewed and confirmed based on last-click attribution recorded in our Shopify platform. If an order does not meet our last-click attribution criteria, BloomChic reserves the right to cancel the commission for that order. This ensures accurate tracking and fair commission distribution across all affiliates.
