15% standard commission for approved Awin affiliates.
12% commission for ShopMy affiliates, with 3% retained by the platform.
60-day cookie window — affiliates are credited for sales completed within 60 days of the original click.
Auto-validation occurs 50 days after transaction, following Awin’s standard payout cycle.
⚖️ Commission Fairness & Deduplication Policy
We prioritize accurate attribution and program integrity:
De-duplication is applied when another marketing channel (like branded PPC, in-house influencer campaigns, or direct partnerships) clearly drives the final sale.
Branded PPC clicks are not commissionable, as we manage these in-house.
Generic PPC, content, email, and community referrals are fully commissionable unless explicitly overwritten by a direct brand engagement.
Sales from other affiliate networks may be de-duplicated to avoid double payouts.
In-house partnerships and contracted PR/editorial placements may override affiliate attribution on a case-by-case basis.
???? Commission Exclusions
Commission may not be paid under the following conditions:
Order is cancelled, returned, or flagged as fraudulent (via Shopify risk alerts).
Affiliate violates our Terms & Conditions or PPC Policy.
Duplicate orders or non-tracked sales due to improper link use.
⚠️ Commission Adjustments
We provide a 7-day notice prior to any commission change.
Maximum decrease allowed per change is 20%.
Minimum commission thresholds: $0.50 fixed or 50% of standard rate.
We enforce 30 days between reductions to maintain partner trust and transparency.
???? Approved Affiliate Types
We accept the following promotional models:
Yes: Content, community platforms, email (opt-in only), and compliant generic PPC.
No: Cashback, loyalty, coupon sites, media brokers, or behavioral retargeting without prior approval.
