Clients fill out our online widget which asks them about their hair history and color goals, that’s then passed off to a licensed colorist. Licensed Colorists craft clients’ custom color using our online Color Editor software that’s sent to our in-house color-mixing machine. Colorists create personalized instructions for each Color Case, pulling from over 150 possible combinations for application techniques. Our Custom Hair Color Case are hand packed, labeled (with the client’s name on it), and shipped to their door. We can adjust the color as clients’ needs and preferences change, down to ¼ of a single shade. Our licensed Colorists offer clients guidance, support and advice through email or our Customer Service line.
